This article in the New York Times caught my eye–and my ear, and my nose, and my taste buds–for its lush descriptions of a garden’s delectable abundance. Of course, we can debate the merit of the fruits and flowers found in this garden, as many of them are not native to the garden’s New York soil, but if we suspend that conversation for a moment, maybe we can just swim in this beautiful bath of sweet, vivid images and tastes.
So read on and savor this good reminder of how the whole earth is full of God’s glory.
” ‘ … Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.’”
- Isaiah 6:3
